Notable stats*:

  • Collin County:  In the last 10 years the median residential sales price rose from approx $200k to 325k; From 2016-2017 alone was a +4.9% increase.  Per The Dallas Business Journal, from 2010-2016 Prosper saw the highest (93.1%) population growth, Frisco saw 39.8%, McKinney 31.5%, Allen 17.7%

  • Dallas County:  In the last 10 years the median residential sales price rose from approx $135k to 230k; From 2016-2017 alone was a +9.5% increase.

  • Denton County:  In the last 10 years the median residential sales price rose from approx $175k to 300k; From 2016-2017 alone was a +5.8% increase.
